This 4D3N Bali Outbound Adventure & Team Building Package is designed for groups, companies, schools, and communities who want to build stronger teamwork while enjoying the beauty of Bali. During this tour, you will stay together, play together, and learn together through a mix of fun outdoor challenges, simple leadership games, and light adventure activities. The program is arranged to be easy to follow, with clear schedules and friendly facilitators who guide your group from morning until evening. You will experience Bali not only as a tourist, but also as a place to grow, connect, and refresh your mind.
Throughout the program, you will join structured outbound sessions such as ice breaking, team building games, low rope activities, and group challenges that focus on communication, trust, and problem solving. These activities take place in safe, open areas surrounded by green scenery, rice fields, or near the beach, so everyone can enjoy fresh air and a relaxed atmosphere. In addition to outbound, you will also visit some of Bali's popular attractions, such as beautiful beaches, famous temples, and traditional villages. Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Bali and Ice Breaking Session
- 09:00–13:00: Arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali, meet and greet with our team, then transfer to hotel in the South Bali area (Kuta / Jimbaran / Nusa Dua). Check-in and short rest.
- 13:00–14:00: Welcome lunch at a local restaurant near the hotel, trip briefing by tour leader and outbound facilitator, explanation of safety rules and program overview.
- 15:00–17:30: Light outbound and ice breaking session at hotel garden or nearby open field, including name games, energizers, and simple group challenges to build comfort and trust among participants.
- 18:00–19:00: Return to hotel to freshen up and relax for a while before dinner.
- 19:00–21:00: Welcome dinner at a local restaurant, followed by group orientation, expectation sharing, and casual discussion about team goals. Free time afterwards to explore the surrounding area or rest at the hotel.
Day 2 - Full Day Outbound & Team Building in Nature
- 07:00–08:00: Breakfast at the hotel, preparation for a full day of outbound activities. Briefing on clothing, hydration, and safety reminders.
- 08:00–10:00: Transfer to outbound venue in a natural setting (for example Bedugul / Ubud area), enjoy scenic drive through villages and rice fields, short photo stop at a viewpoint if time allows.
- 10:00–12:30: Main team building session part 1: ice breaking, group division, communication games, and problem-solving challenges that focus on teamwork, leadership, and trust building.
- 12:30–13:30: Lunch at the outbound venue or nearby restaurant, with time to relax, chat, and enjoy the cool weather and natural surroundings.
- 13:30–16:30: Main team building session part 2: low rope activities, simple obstacle course, and group mission games designed to train planning, collaboration, and decision making in a fun way.
- 16:30–18:00: Closing circle, reflection session, and group photo. Transfer back to hotel, free time to rest on the bus.
- 19:00–21:00: Dinner at local restaurant or hotel, followed by informal sharing night or mini gathering (optional simple games or talent show). Free time and overnight at hotel.
Day 3 - Beach Games, Cultural Visit, and Group Bonding
- 07:00–08:00: Breakfast at the hotel, short briefing for beach games and cultural tour. Participants prepare light clothing suitable for beach activities.
- 08:30–11:30: Transfer to a Bali beach area (such as Tanjung Benoa / Kuta / Pandawa) for fun beach outbound and team games including relay competitions, sand-building challenges, and simple coordination tasks.
- 11:30–13:00: Lunch at a seaside restaurant or local eatery, with time to enjoy the view and take group photos.
- 13:00–16:30: Cultural visit to one or two iconic Bali attractions (for example Uluwatu Temple, Tanah Lot Temple, or a traditional village). Light walking tour, photo stops, and short explanation about Balinese culture and traditions.
- 16:30–18:00: Return to hotel, free time for swimming in the hotel pool, relaxing, or personal activities such as shopping in nearby areas.
- 19:00–21:00: Special group dinner (can be upgraded to seafood dinner in Jimbaran area on request), followed by appreciation session, certificate or prize giving for game winners, and group photo session. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 - Closing Session and Departure from Bali
- 07:00–09:00: Breakfast at the hotel and check-out preparation. Participants pack their belongings and settle any personal hotel expenses.
- 09:00–11:00: Short closing session in hotel meeting room or lobby area, including final reflection, feedback sharing, and summary of lessons learned from the outbound and team building program.
- 11:00–13:00: Free time for last-minute shopping at a local souvenir center or mall (depending on flight schedule). Lunch at own arrangement or as per package agreement.
- 13:00–15:00: Transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport for departure. Our team assists with luggage and group coordination. End of program and see you on the next Bali outbound adventure.
